Juices fall downward onto
an easy clean pan. This is possible since charcoal cooks
by radiant energy. The andiron system in the rear allows
for effortless addition of charcoal or smoking chips
at any time. All your foods will be cooked in the Adjustable
basket or on the rotisserie spit.
For meats or fish, the basket
would be vertical and still, to allow you to cook one
side and then the other. You would rotate the basket
180 degrees just the same as flipping on a standard
grill. The stainless steel dome is double thickness
for grilling in colder temperatures and includes a thermometer.
The basket position is adjustable and slides forward
or back to control cooking temperature. Quick sear,
low and slow, smoke, rotisserie or bake... There is
nothing the Banika can't do.
The Banika is shipped via
truck like the Master and would be picked up at your
local UPS terminal. Shipping is free. The carton measures
